FAQs

Do you make leather jackets or vests?

Sorry, no. We don’t make or alter leather clothing however; if you would like lacing added around the edge of your vest, that’s something we could help you out with.

How long will it take to get my project?

How long is a piece of string? It’s really quite difficult to determine exactly how long it might be, given a multitude of factors. Several variables come into play, such as how busy we are at the moment and how complex or challenging your specific project is to manufacture. After our consultation with you, when we send you the pricing details, we will do our best to provide you with a rough timeframe for completion. However, please understand that we unfortunately cannot provide you with an exact time. If you prefer, we can keep you updated with progress reports as we move forward in the process.

Which countries do you sell to?

We can sell and ship to your location, no matter where you are, but please be aware that you will be responsible for covering all shipping fees as well as any applicable customs duties, import charges, and taxes. When you send us an inquiry about your order, kindly let us know your specific location, and we will do our best to provide you with the price in your local currency whenever possible.

Do you currently have any products available in stock for purchase?

We don’t typically make and hold stock of any products for our customers. Because we specialize in crafting bespoke products, almost everything is made to order, ensuring a personalized touch for each item. Every now and then, we might have one or two items available in stock due to cancelled orders or a small run of products, but we will always advertise them on our social media platforms to keep our audience informed.

Can you do something with my own custom art?

Absolutely! In most cases, all we really need from you is a clear picture in a compatible format such as .jpg, .png, .gif, or others. If we find that we can hand tool the design, we will certainly proceed with that method; however, if hand tooling is not a feasible option for the specific design you have provided, we will make every effort to utilise laser etching as an alternative..
